Bank never sent me a debit card after my old one expired, and the worthless POS refuse to allow me to transfer the money out of the bank through any means. I live many hours away, and this backwards backwater worthless institution can't seem to support an online transfer unless I personally go to the branch. I can't even do a wire transfer or order checks, which means they've basically stolen thousands of dollars from me due to their EXTREME ineptitude. If this continues, I guess I'll have to either fly down at my own expense or hire a lawyer because they can't be bothered to do their god foresaken job.
DO NOT bank with them, they're thieves and think they get to decide how you use your own money.

always so slow everytime i’ve come here!! idk if it’s just bad management or bad scheduling but something needs to be fixed! these people have places to be, and i’m sick of waiting 30-40 minutes just to withdraw or make a deposit.

The teller machine is always down in Osceola. So when I go to another teller I'm charged a 6 dollar fee. Bancorpsouth reimburse the fee but cadence let their customers face the charges like it's our fault that the teller machine is down. Im pulling my savings to the credit union. If I was closer to the credit union, I would move my checking also. Please come back Bancorpsouth because their customers matters?

One star service is exactly what we've been receiving since opening our account a year ago. Started off bad when the ladies put my start up paperwork off to the side and never processed it until I called 3 weeks later to inquire about our debit cards. Nothing is processed in a timely manner. Tellers are not attentive and could use on going training to better serve. I do not feel any of these tellers care enough to go above and beyond to be a better teller. They do not answer the direct lines so if I wanna speak to them I have to drive 20+miles to do so. This has become the least convenient bank I have ever chosen to bank with and will begin the closing process.
