I had came to Cooper back in August to help my husband and I with getting AT&T wifi set up and he was a great help.
I received my first bill for my wifi in September and was confused because it seemed high. I swung by and both Cooper and Adam were very helpful. Cooper broke my bill down and explained and it all made sense.

The associate in the Ozark store quickly solved my Gmail email problem on my iPhone. Then he shared information about upcoming promotions and benefits on my next up plan. Pleasant and knowledgeable.

Not sure why the hour say they open at 10, it's 10:18am Monday and the store is locked.
I can say honestly I went to Harps did a little grocery shopping and returned. The store was opened and the gentleman filling in did me justice. I would highly recommend this store, provided they put a delayed sign up, to anyone. I left with my issue resolved.
