Both were extremely professional and took on a difficult task, removing broken studs from an exhaust manifold when the turbo gasket blew on my Ram 2500. Very impressed with all aspects of their work. Very reasonably priced too.”

“I have to tell you these guys at this place especially Paul are my heroes.
Early this morning, my daughter was traveling from Wichita, Kansas to Arkansas to pick up her children and while alone her car overheated broke down alongside the highway, and she called me in tears.
Frantically I started calling the closest town and the first call was to Knox automotive repair… I explain to Paul what was happening… Immediately had me call a tow truck to get them to get her and when they brought her back, they quickly determined her hose had broken and within the next 30 minutes, they had her up and running and back on the road to get her children whom she’s been waiting all summer to see.
Not only did she make it on time to pick up her babies…She has absolutely no problems since leaving this establishment.
These people didn’t know us from Adam…they were just kind and responsive to an emergent situation…and people like this are just hard to find in today’s world.
Thank you to each and every one…my daughter is safe and her and my grandbabies are now on their way home.”

“I needed a new rubber tip for the air compressor; ours had cracked. They didn't have the tip but could order one for me. Then he said I could buy another whole piece instead if I didn't want to wait. I have no idea what the part is called - sometimes it's a disadvantage to be female ?. The young man offered to put the new gizmo on the other gizmo for me!! Hooray! Maybe being old AND female does have advantages. ☺”

“FANTASTIC service! I came to pick up my husband while they were changing his tires when we asked about rotating the ones on my truck. They immediately got my truck in the bay and got on it right away! Everyone has been so nice and Shana, in the office is so sweet and has the best personality!
