“PSA: this has got to be the best O’Reilly Auto Parts in the nation! My husband and I had to change our breaks and rotors. They weren’t changed since we purchased the vehicle. It was serious. They graciously allowed us to use their parking lot for as long as we needed. I didn’t get all the names but Chicho helped my husband often when he got stuck changing the breaks and rotors since the rust had a death grip on our vehicle. Also Mike drove my husband to another O’reillys to get some more tools that they had in stock. The store wasn’t close either. Both Chicho and Mike were literally life savers. I want to mention how everyone in the store as well as and a young man from another store across the street who came to see how we were doing-they were exactly what we needed.
