Ken and John at Airport Express Lube in Ozark went above and beyond when my alternator went out while I was traveling with my boys from NWA to Central Arkansas. On a Saturday, John stepped in to help even though it wasn’t something he normally does and got us safely back on the road even though he did run into some minor issues, he was so kind and genuine through the whole process.
What stood out to me just as much as their kindness was the atmosphere of the shop. You can tell the customers here are regulars who keep coming back because they’re treated with honesty, respect, and genuine care. Everyone I saw, customers and staff alike was kind, pleasant, and helpful. That’s rare to find, and I’m so thankful I ended up in the right place. God bless everyone at airport express lube! 10/10”
