I am currently moving near by and I really needed a P.O. Box for me and my family. The young lady behind the desk with Glasses was so sweet and caring. She helped me and seem like she cared about people. Most postal offices I had gone to the people seem like they were always depressed and didn't want to be around people... This lady did a wonderful job I hope they give her a raise.. she deserves one.

Always have provided GREAT service. I've been in Ozark for almost 50 years and I can't ever remember a problem with my postal service. Thank you to the hard workers who deliver our mail and to the post office staff.

We keep getting our packages delivered to the wrong place. And, the last time they didn't even do anything to help. No communication!! And, once again, our packages being delivered on a Sunday, got delivered to a wrong place again! Here's a tip...if you can't read don't work for the post office.

Well kept facility. Helpful staff. Answers questions eagerly. Hint: not all rural post offices can guarantee overnight packages. This one can!
