We found a used vehicle online at the Clarksville, AR dealership, but live almost two hours away. Winston Morgan had the vehicle sitting in our driveway the next day for a three-day test drive. Jason at the Ozark, AR dealership was a breeze to work with and the vehicle was even cleaner than we could have imagined. They even promptly delivered all paperwork after the sale was complete!

BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER ❣️ Left Oklahoma @ 6:30 in the morning headed to Louisiana but before leaving my window won't go back up in my Ford escape. . Arrived at 8:15 to this location and spoke with Anthony King the service manager. Anthony got it right in to take a look at it. Unfortunately a part needed to be ordered. Knowing we are traveling through he got it put back up and secured till we back home and can get it fixed. Then Anthony called my local dealership to have them order the part so it would be in when we get back. Then wrote the information down so that we would have it. BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER ❣️

General staff is friendly and helpful, and that is Whitson-Morgan's saving grace. Some serious issues with technicians and their work. My vehicle was serviced regularly. Previously, an oil leak developed after servicing. Returned to have it fixed and the leak was still there when I came home..(Clean up job on my driveway.) 2nd return found damage done at their garage and leak was finally fixed. In May 2024, my Escape developed a whine. Immediately went to Whitson--Morgan, but car lost acceleration..Was towed to Ozark to find my transmission was ruined. The fluid was corrupt and had metal filings. Only 114,900 miles on my vehicle This tells me the techs were not checking the transmission during servicing. I was forced to purchase another Escape or pay $9,000 for a new transmission. I called Ford Motor Co., and also voiced my angst to the dealership, neither offered any compensation for what cost me 31K for their neglecting to check the transmission during servicing. This new Escape falls short of the 2017 in its ride, size, and amenities, and is not conducive to my work. I had little choice but to purchase what was available.

Nice car on the lot but it's never open on the weekend. Why? Aren't most folks off on Saturday and can car shop. There web cite is not up to date either. Guess they don't sell many cars.

Seriously LOVE this dealership. I drive past other Ford dealerships just to use this one! I was getting my oil changed and they called to see if they could go ahead and check out a recent recall on my Bronco. It's nice that I feel like they really take care of their customers. :)
