Since the new girl Salina has been there the store has done an amazing turn around. She and Kitty are two of the friendliest people people that I have come across in a while, BUT some of the customers need to learn some manors. I was in the store when this woman came in with her dog, she was not in control of that dog either. Salina ask the lady several times as nicely as anyone could to please control your dog the lady got rude, and then allowed her dog to grab the groceries off the bottom shelf, at this point Salina TOLD her to please put the dog in a basket since it's her emotional support animal. She even got a basket for the lady. This lady cost a lot of unnecessary trouble for the girls and inventory loss for the store. What would you have done.? I add this because I saw the dog's owner negative review.

I was at Dollar general today and the worker Salina was so pleasant and friendly, she took me right where i needed to go. As I was checking out the cashier kitty just seemed so happy! She was smiling and making small talk during check out, making me feel welcomed and part of the family.

On my last two visits in my opinion the new girl was very rude..I have an emotional support dog and she been going in this store for three years and I've never had a problem until now..long story short..I won't be going back to Dollar General in Pangburn

Dollar general is always a great buy
But the store in Pangburn needs help clearing the isles. All the stuff ordered is always on the isles when you're trying to get to what you need

The store is always cluttered, and we have to struggle to get down aisles because stock is never put away.

The employees here are not nice and just rude. Especially one of the male employees. I had too use the bathroom and I asked for the key and he was rude too me then when I was leaving I was saying thank you then I said have a blessed day and he started talking really loud too someone else too drown me out and their just not nice at all. I would rather go too searcy dollar store then go too pangburn dollar store.

A very nice lady asked me to give an honest review. Their company had gotten a bad one and that always hurts. I wish people that have a legitimate complaint would give the company a call and let them know why they are dissatisfied. Without knowing why a customer isn't happy, it makes correcting the problem impossible. Contacting the store opens communication.The employee's have always greeted me and others as they enter the store, asked if they could help find anything, and all the while stocking merchandise, checking out customers, answering phones, answering questions, and to add just a little bit more, because they deserve it, THEY LITERALLY ARE ALWAYS BUSY!!!THANK all of you at Pangburn Dollar General for being awesome.
