Keith went above and beyond to help me figure out a billing issue. Walked me through all of my options and offered to show me how I could save more money. Make sure you ask for this young man when you go into that location.

We are from Texas visiting family in Paragould Arkansas we stopped at at&t we had issues with our phones and Keith and Jeremy were very friendly individual's that helped out with our issue they took the time to explain the problem and resolved it we were very satisfied with the outcome great staff these 2 needed to be recognized by the company AT&T good service and people we were treated very friendly and that's what makes a company grow with staff like Jeremy and Keith GREAT JOB GUYS keep it up you 2 will go far good luck to both of you from Edinburg TexasTony and Estella

I went over there yesterday to switch over to a new line and was told to add a bunch of things in order to switch over to FirstNet which doubled what I was currently paying a month. They also added different plans that I wasn’t informed of until coming to a different branch. I went over to the corporate branch and was told the complete opposite of everything while being quoted a completely different number and feeling like I was actually helped. More than likely will not be going back here.
