“I have been a customer for the past 11 years and I've lived a long time so far, but I've never had had such a wonderful truly great bank in my entire life since I was 14 years old in Miami Beach and my beloved mama taught me that a bank was the only best safe place for all my monedas, always. And this bank is exceptional, the overdraft fee is like none other that I've had experienced. It doesn't charge you a fee every 3 business day unless you pay it right away. It charges you once, and if within the required generous calendar days it doesn't repeat plus they send notice that it will if it passes the time limit, again, the timings they give to pay the one time fee (unless you use the feature again of course) is very generous because by the time you're due to pay it goes past the time your direct deposit arrives and then it gets automatically resolved and you're in the clear. Another great thing and totally like absolutely no other bank or even online bank or credit union that I'm aware of around this or any other area, is the extremely overly generous amount you can actually obtain, the whole lump sum close comes to 1K. Now this to me is like wow, of course I'm borrowing my own money but what if uncle Sam died and the bank gets no timely government deposit and I had already borrowed the lump sum? They're taking the risk and that's just great and I just love this bank. And the tellers they're so friendly and actually ask you how you are and actually wait for an answer! And it's like, they know you and ask you how is your knee or that puppy you found or whatever. It's a sweet confortable feeling, like, these folks care about me wow.I have no living family anymore and this is very special for me.Thank you First National Bank and all the great helpful, smiling and friendly people that make me feel welcomed and special!! Keep up the good work!Oh yes I miss them long ago donut Mondays and the best free coffee in town and the customer appreciation days, but their smiling faces make it up. And I do have a favorite teller, that's Sarah omg she's such a sweet blessed lady!Thank you all!”
“Great bank, friendly staff. I've been a customer here for many years, and they always treat me well. They have allowed me to bring in large amounts of coins to cash in/deposit, they have cashed checks for me with no problems, issued cashier's checks for me, and Keeley even helped me out tremendously with a same-day bank wire last week.
I've always gotten good and friendly help from Chris Eubanks, Mary, Katie, and plenty of others whose names I can't remember right this moment.
I cannot say enough good things about this bank or the main branch or the one on 49.”

“I have only visited this location for ATM purposes so I cannot comment on any of the services or staff located at this place. It is conveniently located near the center of town and it is in a spot that is easy to get in and out of during a visit. It has never been overly crowded and the machine has never given me an issue. You can do nearly everything at the ATM, including cash and check deposits. Overall, not a bad banking spot using ATM functions.”
