Good selection on certain items but plumbing parts and electrical parts are not well stocked. Lumber prices are competitive or usually alittle lower than other supply stores.

I spoke with whoever it was in charge of replacement windows. They said "if you're serious about buying we'll come out and measure for you"Even though the wait time to receive was 8-9 months whish is insane. I scheduled a date and time for the guy to meet me at my house. He didn't bother calling and never showed up. Lousy customer service and unprofessional. Keep that up and you're store will close and go bankrupt. Might be a good thing
