Sign said open but doors were locked. Called to ask if they were open and lady said drive through only. Asked why and she said because it’s drive through only. Then when I went around to the drive through she said she had a ride phone call. I was very polite and simply asked why the doors were locked. She said when she’s alone she locks the doors because she’s scared. Will not being going back. Especially after seeing how she treats customers and talks about them to other customers

Terrible, they are the highest prices in town. The blonde woman that works there has a terrible attitude. Wanted cans, got glass bottles, and then was told I couldn’t exchange them within 2 minutes of purchasing. Easily the worst liquor store in the county.

I live in Jonesboro, I called to see if they had some Blackberry Crown, “yes mam”. How many you have, “3 left”. Can you put me one back,“when can you be here”? What time do you close, “I leave at 4”. I’ll be there by then. “What’s your name”? I told the person my name they put my name on it. I get there @ 3 before I could get out of my car someone pulled up beside me in a company truck no less (Hollday heating & cooling or something like that but the name is wright) went in & they sold him my bottle plus the last one $85-$90 worth for the 2 bottles. Person told me they couldn’t refuse a customer a sale well if you knew you had that put back for someone else yes the Hell you could have. You not only cost me gas you also cost me my time with family AND yourself 2 more sales because you also had the flavor of moonshine I was also looking for. Daughter was with me & she was gonna buy herself 2 bottles of her favorite wine & I told her no we wasn’t gonna spend our money there.

I love hilltop spirits it is my favorite liquor store in town very friendly people and if I ever need anything they do not have they always order it for me I recommend them 100%
