Update - within 3 months of occupancy we get hit with a rate increase. When we signed up they were needing clients, now that they have increased there occupancy they are increasing rates. Thanks for the bait and switch tactics. We were pleased with the facilities and technology but not the way the owner does business.
This is not on the facility manager, she is caught in the middle.
Angela was very helpful in showing us storage area options. She took her time with us to walk through application and App process.

First rate covered RV storage. On-site dump station and available 120v/15a power is huge. Initial impression is that this is top-drawer in every way.

I reluctantly rented a unit without a written guarantee that my rental price was locked in for a year. The manager assured me they rarely do increases, and if they do, it’s only a few dollars. I had not even paid my second month’s rent, and I received an email that my rate was going up $35!!! As soon as I’m able, I’ll have to pay someone to move my things to another facility. I will not take chances for this to happen constantly! I did call and get the increase lowered but it’s still increasing!!

We are very pleased with our RV space. The whole facility is state-of-the-art. The property is brand new, well maintained, and user-friendly. Both Angela and Terrence were extremely easy to work with and did everything possible to make our experience a positive one. If you are debating between CubeSmart and Your Extra Closet Valley View, there is absolutely no comparison. CubeSmart is where you want your valuables to be!
