My daughter has had nothing but problems with her vehicle. They won’t help you they say go through your lender mind you she’s put 1,000 into it besides the 3,000 the warranty covered. When she called to speak to Bob he was very rude condescending and then hung up on her. They are very unprofessional and we will never buy anything from them again. Not to mention it was in the shop on the 6th day of having it.

Yelled and cussed at a customer that has a disability at the vegetable stand when he didn't know that he needed to pay he apologized and returned the veggies when they still kept yelling tha they would call cops on him. He had no idea u had to pay when a sign is above eye level

I recently got a vehicle from them, not even 3 months ago. The car on the first day matter of fact the first hour, had to be taken to have something replaced and be brought to me later that day. Now 2 and half months later it's been in a shop under warranty to be fixed at least that us good. However I expressed my concerns to the owner and how here at Christmas me being a single mother of 2 having to worry everyday about how to get to work in another town is paying a fortune in gas. They refuse to loan me a car until the motor is rebuilt or replaced and while trying to discuss options like possibly switch the loan to a car that runs, the owner tells me to have a good day and hangs up. I DO NOT ever recommend anyone go to them. I've heard great things about them in the past however they do not hold up to the reputation I'd heard so much about.

we bought a vehicle from bruce april 20th, the check engine light came on that same night after we bought it. we have only drove it less than a handful of times. needs new transmission and a bunch of other stuff. he “put a warranty on it” and told us to take it to two different shops. neither will work on the vehicle. the last shop it was taken to said there is so much wrong with the vehicle that he won’t work on it, and that the warranty won’t cover it and we will have to pay out of pocket. when i talked to bruce he just continues to gaslight me and act like he’s done nothing wrong. i’ve caught him in multiple lies. he took our paid off vehicle as a down payment and now left us with a car that doesn’t run. he said today that he paid for that warranty when he didn’t have to, but the warranty doesn’t cover vehicles that are high maintenance/ have after market things done to it, and he knew there was stuff done to the vehicle when we bought it because he told us that day! morally he done my family and I wrong leaving us with broken vehicle that doesn’t run and told me to find someone i know like a family member or friend to fix it. both times i’ve gone up there to talk to him to see what to do because we used our vehicle to get this one he pulls me away so no one hears how he talks to me and what he done to my family and I. God knows what he done to us and he should be ashamed of himself. i don’t recommend this place at all. save your money and your heartache cause he will say anything to get your money.
