PetSmart is a large retailer offering a huge variety of products for many types of pets. The store is always clean, organized, and stocked, with a generally friendly staff that provides a great environment for pets. Services like grooming are done thoughtfully, with staff working around pet anxieties. The option to order online and pick up is appreciated. However, some items are higher priced than other stores, and the store would be perfect if prices were reduced. At times, there needs to be more staff, leading to wait times at checkout. Isolated incidents of rude management during returns have also been noted.
Happened to be in town for work. Had a long lunch, so stopped by to pick up a few things. Store looked great. Easy to find what I needed. Staff was very friendly.
