I always forget to look at her name tag but the blonde girl with the pride flag pin helps me every time. She’s so sweet and always has a convo with me! Thank you diva

Thought I wanted to become a rewards member. Until anytime I wanted to make an order my rewards would randomly disappear and I would have to contact customer service every time. Plus trying to make an online order with my sallys card and get nothing but errors. Got tired of always having to contact customer service.
