“Got a U-Haul from here. Pleasant experience. My rating was based on the fact that I was not thrilled by the phone quote being $450 one way and when all was said and done it was actually $599. I had to take pictures of every scratch and dent no matter how small and had to pay $60 for THEIR insurance otherwise I would be charged at minimal $450 for a simple scratch. The can was nice. Comfortable, everything worked as should. I had an 8 hour drive with the 26' box fully loaded. At $3.39 a gal. It cost $125 for the trip.Please consider discounts for triple A, veterans, Good Sam's, etc. as an incentive even if it was attached to encourage upgrading to the insurance package deal.”
