Return renter. Daughter goes to college in Paragould and we live in Texas so originally didn't want to bring everything home (800+ miles) when it could be easily stored 0.5 mile from school. They make it easy to rent from a far and can be done online. Friendly service, convenient, clean, and secure.

I have been renting a space at the Kingshighway location in Paragould since October and just recently called to discuss my bill. I was asking about the difference in the amount charged and the amount on my contract. Deidra went out of her way to research what had happened and called me to let me know what happened. It was an oversight on my part, but she took the time to make sure I knew what the charge was and that I was satisfied with my experience. I appreciate her going out of her way to take care of me!

It is a great place to store anything. You don’t have to worry about anything you store it is well looked after with security cameras and a onsite person.

My experience with KO storage in Kings Mountain has been excellent. The units are clean and the staff has been very helpful. I spoke with Maibel today and she was very pleasant and was able to help me close out two units and rent a larger unit.
