My phone broke I still owed on it .. they didn't offer me any help to get another one period. they could care less don't let them suck you into a contract you will never get out. And they over priced and it just never ends SMH after our contract we are done with them!

Love the phone from here. But I live in Marmaduke. Between Paragould and Marmaduke is no service at all. A bad place to not have a working phone. I came to Verizon thinking it would have the best coverage, not by a long shot. Cricket is cheaper and has better coverage

Visited the store today my son bought a phone the gentleman named William waited on him he was such a pleasure very kind patient and thorough l he made sure everything was set up ready to go right down to putting the screen protector he made our experience wonderful
