Because of the backlog of needed items, there was a delay but I was informed along the way. When I picked the car up, I was overwhelmed. The car was beautiful. It was cleaner inside and out than it was when I got it new from the Ford dealership. It was if they cared about my car as much as I do. Attention to detail, professional, respectful/respectable folks. I cannot tell you how pleased I am. If I ever have the misfortune to have another accident or issue, I will be going back to Mike Frederick's Body Shop.
