“Great front desk staff — always helpful and kind when I visit. My only issue is the kiosk being sporadically available. I ship around the clock, and it’s tough to get proper tracking for my customers when I can’t scan packages into the system before dropping them off. This would be a 5‑star review, but the kiosk has been buggy for a while and they’re aware of it.”

“I use this Post Office once every couple of months & have always had great service. The people at the desk are always so patient with me & help me exactly what I need, quickly & and efficiently in spite of my complicated requests. Ironically, I’m pretty sure I was present in the building when one of these 1 star reviews occurred & the patron was so incredibly rude that it made me really uncomfortable just standing there. The employee at the counter handled the situation with far more decorum & restraint than I would have in the same situation. Moral of the story: there’s usually 3 sides to most stories…”
