Went in to buy some stamps, another lady was being waited on, a friendly lady came from the back came to help. She was wearing a postal uniform. I received Postal stamps and envelopes in under 3 minutes. Great service!!!

My mother comes into the post office frequently to mail out packages. She can’t make her own labels, etc as she doesn’t have internet at home and with where she lives internet won’t work period. My mom went in and they treated her very stupidly. Instead of helping her like a good USPS worker should do, they sent her away instead of being helpful and directing her. Little did the post office know that the person behind my mom in line was another friend of mine who heard them talk negatively of her and how “stupid” she was and how “she needs to use common sense.” Even as a postal worker I know how confusing things can be for customers. You are supposed to guide customers, not the poor service this office gives. It’s sad that this post office doesn’t have the decency to be kind and helpful when that’s what they are there for. Do better.

Constantly receive our neighbors mail. One of our packages got delivered to the wrong address this morning. Luckily we have great neighbors who brought it to us!

Terrible hours, gone for lunch, and no kiosk to even buy stamps at. If you work, you basically can't use this post office.

Nice employees that work there. Everyone is pleasant, but typically I get packages a day later than tracking date states. I have had one item never delivered, but they were adamant it was delivered. I tried to have something shipped two day shipping. I went early in the day to help make it happen, but they said I can pay for two day, but it probably won't leave their location for a day or two. Obviously I appreciate the honesty, but you can't call it two day when it will take realistically four. I took it to a larger branch and didn't have any issue getting two day shipping. Overall they are friendly, but not exactly on time. Which is probably the 2nd most important attribute to shipping next to your items not be destroyed in the process.

Terrible Service!! They have continued to destroy my mailbox over the years. Like literally break the box door off REPEATEDLY. And this week we have lost a 5lb box. They delivered one box but have NO IDEA where the other box is. I've placed 2 phone calls and there really is no alarm on their end. Simply - we have no idea where the "backup" carrier delivered it and since there is not delivery scan we have no way of knowing where your package is. Seriously??

Friendly staff, accepts passport applications. Hours are a bit short but you get used to it. Nice to have our own post office!

Is there an integrity issue at play here? I was going to mail a gift card to Springfield, MO and the lady wanted to charge me 3.00. I took it to another location and it was .61 cents. That is one heck of a markup just to use your local post office. If you want to pay a 350+% mark up then you have found the right thieves.
