When I went into this location, The Store Manager Karissa was very loud. She was using curse words towards one of the employees and in front of other guests and my children.This particular employees was exceptional. The visit wasn't an inviting experience as my children were subject to her ignorance. As a lead employee she should always be an example to her team, instead she made a public spectacle of her self and when trying to humiliate a coworker she ended up humiliating herself. She has a lack of respect for elderly and she is far from leading by example. Our community would like to see a change or this location will lose more business in the near future. During another visit, I was very impressed with Clara. She is a lead example of what greatness embodies. Get a new store manager, IE: one who does not use curse words towards their employees when children and elderly are present also one who respects the elderly which brings business in consistently. Very displeased. Prior management was very much so more respectful
Kid-friendliness: The store manager used very foul and disrespectful language in front of my elderly father and she is quite loud and obnoxious.

Two times in the last month order pizzas first manager copped a attitude with me. I was aggravated due to waiting more then an hour for my pizza. This second time order two pizzas waited 30 minutes to pick it up and was told they haven't even started it due to to many pizzas being ordered and it would be a another 30 minutes. And heard the pizza maker scream that people shouldn't be ordering pizza. If that's the case don't be a pizza place.thos place has lost my business permanently.

Bathrooms were clean but no TP. I have a toddler potty training emergency. Paper towels worked. Lol. 2 employees were outside leavin 1 to do all the work. 7 people in line. The women working were super nice.
