Great customer service the staff (Natasha) was very helpful with my questions and concerns my only complaint is that the office has a lingering dog smell as soon as you walk in, its off putting because the facility is very clean and organized. It really stinks!

Blue Sky Storage of Pine Bluff, AR has a very friendly staff. The online processes are a little tricky but they will work with you.

The process of getting a storage unit at Blue Sky was very smooth. Crystal was great to work with, and her customer service was superb. I am very pleased with the special online rate and I will definitely recommend this company.

Had to have a code to get in and out which were very inconvenient, especially when they were NOT included with my instructions. Was on the phone with Uhaul for 45 minutes while they were trying to get ahold of the manager of the place for the code……. Not cool or pleasant at all. Will never use this location again for Uhaul pick up before hours
