They are ALWAYS out of medication! This is something myself and several other family and friends have experienced. I was told they would order something I needed and have it by the next day. When I went back the next day they told me the exact same thing. My sister was told they were out of a her med and when she said she would have it filled somewhere else they lied and told her every pharmacy was out. We called Walgreens and sure enough, they had it in stock. On top of all that it takes them too long to fill prescriptions. I had my Dr. send something over at 9 am and when I went to pick it up at 5 pm it wasn’t ready. There is no standard for the timeliness of prescriptions being filled and they generally don’t even start until you’re there to pick it up. No regard for customers time. I wanted to support a local small business, but we will be moving all our business to pharmacy better equipped.

I've been doing business with all care since they first open and up until now, I have had no issues. But it seems recently that when I call to check on a prescription or something like that the person on the phone seems to usually kind of have a bit of an attitude and like the last time I tried to call I was put on hold three different times for 25 total minutes and when I finally got someone on the phone after calling back 3 times I asked them on the status of my prescription and they just kept trying to get me off the phone it seemed by telling me that they would text me whenever it was ready not answering my question which is are they filling it right now or do I have to wait for a certain date before it can be filled. So finally after directly asking the person if they knew when it was able to be filled she finally checked the system and let me know that it would be three days before my prescription would be filled. But if I would have just went off her initial advice which was we will text you when it's ready I would have been waiting the next three days wondering where the text was this is just the most recent situation as this is about the third time that I've called or gone up there were it seems that people were let's just say having a bad day which I understand as I'm in customer service also and I know how stressful dealing with the people from pine bluff can be.

This is the best pharmacy in Pine Bluff!! The staff are friendly and helpful. I've used other pharmacies but this one has the best overall quality and customer service.
