First the store is very well stocked. Although, the customer service is absolutely horrible. I asked a worker for assistance and her reply was it's over there with an attitude. The glare that was given was horrible. I visit the hair stores in Pine Bluff often but I must say every visit here comes with awful customer service. I feel that if you spend your hard earned money at a location respect should be applied.

Well stocked for all your beautyhaircare natural hair products included. They also carry skincare products. Very nice and helpful staff and knowlegable about hair care.Stop by and give them a look you won't regret it.

They refuse to give prices out over the phone. I called to compare prices to keep me from running around town and they are no help. There is no website, displaying what products you have.

They had no 6feet signs the guy behind the counter had no mask. My daughter wanted an eye Brow trimmer I wish we had another place to purchase. Nothing is like it use to be many years ago when this name was in Jefferson Square.
