Was quoted a price of a Motorola 5g stylus for $30. If I switched to cricket. Total for service was $115 I was told. I was with a friend and decided to use their old service to switch to cricket instead of adding a line to my phone. The total price was $85 more than quoted. I paid and got the phone because it was needed. My complaint is that I was manipulated and not told the truth. Stuff was added that we didn't ask for, case, extra charger, screen protector and insurance. We were made to believe they were included. Not the insurance it's $8 a month but it's optional. $30 for the phone, $60 for the plan and a $25 activation fee plus tax should have been around $140. The women who helped us I know was up selling but you don't have to manipulate someone like you did me. I use cricket because they have good products and service. I asked about getting the $25 for refering a friend and was ignored. The bad part is you could have had 5 to 10 more contracts from my referrals but after today's experience I will not recommended nor be back to your location. Honesty is always the best policy.

The Store Manager, Meia and staff provided a great customer experience for me on today. I recommend everyone to come and get what you need from them. I'm glad I switched to Cricket.

Absolutely horrible! I've not even had my phone a month and I can positively say I beyond pissed with it and the service. I can't even make a phone call in the middle of town much less from where I live. I will be switching to another phone. I DO NOT RECOMMEND!
