Today i was having problems with my phone and Ms. Bailee took the time to not only show me how to fix the problem. But she also took the time to help with other issues i had. Thank you.

Service could be better but upgrades on phone prices should be cheaper instead of paying full price like you would expect from other companies

I say 5 star service for Miss Shavonn. She got me in and out with my brand new upgrade and helped me set it all up!!!
