The employee, I think she’s the manager, was extremely rude and not at all helpful. Very condescending to customers. I will not go back to this store. I won’t be a Cricket customer if that’s how they treat their customers.

Today i was having problems with my phone and Ms. Bailee took the time to not only show me how to fix the problem. But she also took the time to help with other issues i had. Thank you.
