RIP Off! Beware! I purchased a brand new phone from this location. Most expensive phone they had to offer. Transfered from ATT and everything. The service NEVER worked and calls were continued dropping. I went to return less than weeks and was told nothing they could do about it. Even suggested to buy another phone! Please don't purchase from these unprofessional people! Motorola phone. Had to give 1 star. But deserved ZERO!

Only went there to get two lines started up one with a new account and one with transfer account because it said online you could get a free phone with a new account and got there and it wasn't a free phone it was a discounted and it was all the phone said came out two three years ago so I did not end up purchasing anything or getting new phone lines

I want to give Mr Mike the store Manager and his assistant Mr Greg a very very big thank you and yall are amazing
last week I was having the worst day and worst luck I was trying to switch company and get an iPhone after going to 4 different stores and getting nothing they either was out of iPhones rude are couldn't get me switched over I gave up i was just gone go to super 1 to get my groceries and try the next day but bad luck continue pulling into super 1 I hit something in the road and had a flat
Mr Mike seen me in the parking lot with no jack and no 4 way he walked over and not only let me use his jack and 4way he changed my tire for me and wouldn't let me pay him and he did it not knowing the bad day i was having are that I was cell phone shopping so it wasnt like he did it so I could buy a phone I told him how my day was going after he was done and he told me to come in side and see what he can do he told me he was out of iPhones to but he showed me a phone that he use and I liked it him and Mr Greg was very nice funny respectful and knowledgeable but i still was having trouble getting switched the assistant Mr Greg made some calls and finally got it fixed they made and turned my hole day around
I highly recommend the cricket on Dollarway rd next to little caesar to everyone and anyone if you want a new phone and great customer service again thank you Mr Mike And Mr Greg
