He don't answer my calls like he's ignoring me... I talked to him once, he told me he was gonna call me back but never did heard from him!!!?... I pulled up numerous times anyways and he's never there?♂️... made me feel like he didn't want my business!!! Really don't deserve the 1 star... deserve a fat ?

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ D & D (Robert) went above and beyond to fix our BMW, and I can't recommend them enough! Great customer service all around. Registered our battery and replaced our drive belt. We still need more work and won't go nowhere else. Five stars!!!!!

I've yet to have my car serviced by D&D Imports, but the customer services correspondence has been spectacular. Robert installed a new window regulator in less than an hour on same day I called and he got rid of several annoying lights on the dash.I was delighted and his rates are reasonable and fair. He saved me hundreds than the BMW dealership would have charged me. Thanks sooo much Car Doctor Robert is a specialist!!!

I have a BMW 535i with some headlight problems the mechanic never there or inside and doesn’t open the door, after several attempts finally I got to talk to him. He said he have some headlights he can use told me to come back in the morning went there he wasn’t there for 3 weeks in roll I go there and I leave a note on the door and after going back and forth he texted me to never go back to his shop.And he never got my headlights fixed.

He knows his stuff. No one could nor wanted to figure out what was wrong with my convertible top but he worked with it until he got to the core of the problem.. He's really busy so he hasn't completely finished it yet but I appreciate the progress he made with it so far. It wasnt even latched and he got it closed.
