“I would have given 5☆ if there hadn't been staff stocking shelves during peak hours. (I was there shortly after 500pm & they were BUSY.) Otherwise I love Dollar General! I go here in lieu of that really big box store. It has location convenient for me & 99% of the time I can either get what I need or find a comparable substitute.”

“As I was running errands today I stopped in this DG. It was my first trip there. When I entered the store the first thing I noticed was how amazingly good it smelled in there. I even made mention to the nice lady at the checkout. As I continued through the store, I was completely amazed by the clean floors, very neatly organized shelves (even in the clearance section) and the ONLY stock on the floor in the entire store was what the nice lady was putting up. Yes, I said there was no stock in any aisle. I thanked the nice lady again as I checked out and complimented her on the cleanliness and organization of the store. I will be doing my shopping at this DG from now own. A+++”

“Snow days in pine bluff?? I had to make a store run early and the store was open and stocked. I found EVERYTHING that I needed and then some. The lady was extremely nice. I was able to get down every aisle with no problem, even with my basket over full. The store was beyond clean.. Great Job to the manager.”

“Have a very rude cashier working here now. I will have to be sure to get her name next time. If you don't want people squeezing the stupid chicken to get your attention don't have it up there!!!”

“This was the first Dollar Tree store in Pine Bluff. It's still my favorite one. The others just don't have something this one has. The staff are funny, friendly and helpful.”

“The clerk was extremely helpful! Not only did she point me to the items I asked about, she walked over and showed me both locations for similar items. She told me another place nearby that would possibly have the sizes I needed! Great customer service ??”

“I like this store more then Dollar General for many reasons. And its not the prices. Its the fact they sell clothes and shoes and etc. The isles are clear most the time. I think its because they have help too where Dollar General I have not seen much but 1 person there ( 1 person can not do everything especially in busy times of the month) As far as the clothes people especially with kids end up beeding an outfit or wipes ( emergency situation at times) and if you go here you can find at least something that can work even if its not exactly what your looking for. Shoes same way. They also have better selection.”

“It is the same as all the rest. Stuff in different places. Aisles set up differently, still messy and have to fight the U boats and full and empty boxes all over the place. Most things aren't even hanging in the correct area. Like I said just like every other one.”

“Hit or miss really; no one has ever been rude, some checkers are absolutely delightful, and others? Just living their lives, you know? I don't really go to Dollar Tree for the service experience.”

“I always go in for one or two things and become relaxed and start talking to the employees on duty and listening to the beautiful music. I really wish the company cared more about there employees and hire security for them. I have attempted to contact the corporate office left messages no return calls and still no security for there employees in the none of the Pine Bluff, Arkansas Stores. It saddens me that its all about product, and sells as long as you have a body.. Do better Family Dollar Corporate Business”
