“HD Electronics was very quick to answer the call from CINCH Home Warranty. They were very polite and knowledgeable. They called me right after they got the order and made the appointment. They came out to my residence that day got all the information that they needed to replace my hot water heater. They looked in Pine Bluff, for a water heater to match mine, but had to go to Stuttgart to purchase one. They returned quickly, remove the old hot water tank, and all that entails. We cleaned up the area where the water had spilled everywhere and mold. The hot water heater tank was installed quickly and with no problems. It wasn’t anytime I had hot water. It only took about an hour for the water to heat up and I am very pleased with the service that I received from HD Electronics. They are very nice and knowledgeable. And speaking on the phone, they were very polite and explained everything very clearly so I could understand. I would use/call. HD Electronics if I have any other issues in my residence. I would like to say that my problem, only took them one day to fix. They, also, checked on me the next day to make sure that everything was going correctly and that I was well satisfied with the job they did. (Which I was!) I would highly recommend them!!!
