Fancy Nails is a business that offers nail services. Despite being busy, they accommodate clients well and deliver exactly what they ask for. The atmosphere is clean. While some nail techs are friendly, others may be lacking in customer service skills. The pedicure service, in particular, requires improvement. However, the nail work is of good quality and can last up to three weeks.
My experience at Fancy Nails has always started with the clients wellbeing in mind, after asking what services they can provide for you the number one priority is hygiene. You are asked to wash your hands before services are provided.
