If I could give this company zero stars, I would. My parents were promised gas a MONTH AGO… before Christmas. But due to this company’s laziness and incompetence my parents who are elderly and both fighting life threatening illnesses, have had to sit in this arctic weather of single digit temperatures without heat all while this company sits on their profits without delivering what they promise. THAT is unacceptable. We have called over a dozen times and have been lied to multiple times. They finally said they would deliver yesterday. But, to no surprise, they were a no show. The incompetence and lack of decency truly baffles me. Once they deliver what was already paid for, I will be looking for another company who actually has integrity and cares for their customers, and follows through on their word.

I wish I could give this ZERO stars!!This business is a disgrace. My parents paid and preordered gas on December 18th and HAVE YET to receive it. Every time they have called (at least a dozen times in the past two weeks) they are met with the most incompetent RUDE people who haven’t done a single thing. My parents are senior citizens, one with cancer and one on dialysis. Their MAIN SOURCE of heat is gas. They have had to go through this arctic weather with little to no heat because of the carelessness of this business. They were suppose to deliver today but to no surprise, they never showed. We have used Ferrel gas for years because of their cheaper prices. Not anymore. They just lost a TON of business. Wouldn’t go to these people for ANYTHING!!!! An absolutely disgraceful business staffed by idiots.

I wish I could say everything is good. However........ I almost lost my religion dealing with the company. It all started with getting a message about my bill coming paperless. I was pretty sure ii had signed up for it earlier, and sure enough I had. While on the site I scrolled down and noticed it stating my TANK was being leased. I started reaching out to different people informing them I OWNED my tank. One lady, whom I might add was probably the RUDEST Customer Service Agent I have dealt with in my 73 years, informed me I had to provide a Bill of Sale to prove ownership. Keep in mind, I only have a Generator being powered by propane, and was told up front they did not rent tanks for just that small amount of usage. After providing the requested document, to two different people, I was informed by a CSR Manager, that even though I had provided the document, I now had to send in a photo of said tank and tag. This is where I dug my heels in and refused to do so. I informed her she could come take a photo if she did not trust my previously supplied document. And, while she was here to bring a truck and suck out the fuel I had already paid for, as I would be going elsewhere for my supply of propane. After numerous conversations, I threatened to go to Attorney General as well the Better Business Bureau, I went back on line to get a photo of the previously mentioned page, and finally after more than thirty days of talking, the site finally shows my tank as being OWNED.ONE SHOULD NEVER HAVE TO GO THROUGH THIS MUCH GRIEF AND UNREST, when the original request was done within 24 hours.

I just recently a purchased a home in the Grant County area and require Ferrell Gas to supply the fuel to cook and heat within my home. I called on 03/04/2022 to place and prepay for my tank to be filled. I moved in 12/2021 and this will be my third fill-up since moving in. I also had to request (more like beg) to get an inspection done, even told the customer service person that I would pay for it (which was quickly taken from my account). Only to have her tell me, your are right at your percentage of usage, for the amount you need to be using. Well here it is March 28, 2022 still have not received my fill up and I'm completely out of fuel since Thursday March 24, 2022. I did get the inspection done that I agreed to pay for, but not until March 21, 2022 and a leak was found behind my stove. The service tech said he could not believe that I have not blow my place up yet. The leak is not fault of Ferrell Gas, but remember I'm using the percentage of gas that I should be. I understand completely when your call center that is making appointments is in one state and the actual service center is in another, but they are quick on the draw to deduct from my account, $506.00 on March 7, 2022 and another $54.16 on March 24, 2022, but no gas yet to be delivered.
