Wonderful prices, quick shopping trip in and out, organized store friendly cashier

This store is AMAZING!!! Not only is the place downright huge, but the prices are super low! The last time I went shopping there I couldn't help noticing the large variety of meat available, either. No other local grocery stores can even come close in comparison. Plus, the employees are very helpful & friendly.

If you need groceries in pine bluff this is by far the quickest and cleanest grocery store I've ever been in. Only place in town with a really good pick 5 selection. Give it a try. I promise you you will no longer grocery shop anywhere else , especially Wal Mart. Super friendly employees.

As I walked in this store, I wasn't greeted. I never have been in the history of this store. I get looks from people that are discriminatory everywhere I go, though. However, it's not abnormal for this state; as a Black man, I am used to "the treatment," as my father would say. He also was accustomed to this growing up in Mississippi. If I'm not being treated horribly by customers, I'm being treated like I don't exist by staff unless it's in passing me by like a stone or a stump in the road. Most of the time it's not that curious anyway, as I ignore most of the ill treatment I receive in life anyway. Which is Arkansas Custom as it is. This store needs to be aware of what customer service does to sales and employee/customer morale. Even though I've been treated horribly, I want this store to succeed. Because I am more concerned about the Pine Bluff economy than I am my own emotional state. I love my country, which is quite possibly the only love I'll experience in this life. I accept that, and the reviewing of things is not what I normalize. Most of the time I don't review anything or say anything to anyone about anything. This is very common where I live.

They add 10% to your groceries at the register.

When it's busy, especially around the first of the month, they need more registers open.
June 2024 Added review: We've been in this store plenty times with no issues. We go in there and was stopped by security saying I couldn't have my backpack. It was on both my shoulders, zipped. I didn't say anything because I thought it was someone my husband knew and he was playing with him. My husband told him it's my purse, which it is. The security questioned if it's my purse or not, Yes, it's a backpack purse. Lots of people have them now. It's not even a large purse. He told us that they've been having problems out of people and I can leave my backpack up front. Oh, so you want me to leave my personal belongings to strangers while I go shop? No, thank you! If you have a new policy, fine, post it at the entrance, so people will know beforehand to not bring in a backpack or a large bag. My husband got upset and we left. I mean, this store has kids that are working that play all day long, but you want to police people that come in to shop because of a few idiots that want to steal or whatever the case may be. Isn't that what security cameras are for? With this new thing going on, a lot of people are going to turn around and leave.

People think the prices on the shelf are what they pay, and that the 10% added at checkout is taxes. Also have different prices per lb. on the exact same chicken wings in the 5 for $25 section and the regular chicken section. I find their business model distasteful; however, they have lots of things the other grocery stores don't.
