I only give it one star because it won't let me leave a review that's the only reason you're even getting a star I don't know how y'all sit there and jack up the prices on free stuff that y'all get but it's downright ridiculous taken from the rich and robbing the poor you ought to be ashamed of yourselves Southwest stains on it for like $99 I just walked out of the Goodwill here in Pine bluff Arkansas and y'all wanting something that was given to you for free you want $99 for it and it's all stained up y'all are pathetic

Can't even walk into the store without being threatened by an unstable character (wearing a full wool coat in 90 degree weather) patrolling the parking lot threatening you when you decline to give him money. The store smelled terrible - i.e. check the bathrooms. Terrible experience.

Today don't call and ask questions the lady answering the phone is rude and disrespectful, I was just inquiring about something I heard but WOW real attitude. Won't make that mistake again the woman needs to remember we are all human and have questions just don't make that mistake she doesn't need her job or at least not answer the phone. Horrible store. Went to go get mens work pants they had NONE!!!
Dressing rooms were closed down and the clothes weren't even close to being with he same sizes. The shoes were all over the racks very few were paired up.
Not going here again until they fix some MAJOR issues!!!

The prices has gotten outrageous. You receive millions in donations yearly. Free goods, yet you are trying to charge full price for the free things given to you. People go to Goodwill for a bargain. You guys are trying to compete with Ebay. If this is how you are going to treat the community, I will be giving my donations to Salvation Army or Casa House where it will do some good and people can afford to shop there.
