Will not be using this branch again for anything I had a 6:15pm appointment half an hour away in another town only to find out that the tax pro left without letting anyone know to cancel or reschedule they're appoint 1 star only cause 0 isn't an option terrible experience

This is my second year using h&r block here in our new home state. Both encounters, I met with professional, knowledgeable women who prepared my financial statements and tax documents completely and efficiently. Was pleased they found every deduction and explained the information to me so that I was able to understand the process. I will definitely be back again next year.

Service was great Britney who did my taxes at this particular h&r block was wonderful I do think that h&r block is a bit pricey for the basic tax services other than that I have been using my block for my entire adult life they're great
