I will never allow them to do my taxes again. They're simply too expensive. I went for the advance admittedly. Desperate times call for desperate measures. I wasn't informed until after completion that it was something you had to qualify for, as in past years, I always have. This year somehow I didn't. It isn't worth it to me to file with them again in the future.

After experiencing issues with booking an appointment, 2 different times on the website, I finally connected with a preparer at the 28th St location in Pine Bluff. On my paperwork, it says “JHI’s” signature.She apologized for the reoccurring issue with the website and how it has not worked since February. She processed my taxes and at the end, her computer messed up. She didn’t get frustrated and reassured me, “that I will get this done for you Ms. White”. Although it was closing time, she had to start all over and that impressed me because she made me feel important as a client.I appreciated her service and attention.
