My bill went from $75.00 a month to $210.00 a month and I have no leaks. I call to have someone check my meter 2 months ago and still no show. The state needs to shut them down and bring in someone else. They are a disgrace to Pine Bluff.

My bill is $150 plus a month and we don’t even use much water! Customer service is awful and you can never speak to someone local. They wait until after payment date to send bill and does not send “shut off” notices for nonpayment until two days before planned shut off date. Ridiculous. Give people grace.

I just received an outrageous bill!!! I live alone, and I know this is a made-up bill. What is the problem with Liberty?!. Of course you can not get through right now, because I am sure other customers are having the same problem. Get it together, and stop making us pay for your mistakes!
