Took 2 hours to find my order. Wasn't till after I asked for a refund that it "magically" appears. Will never go back. Home Depot will get my business from now on. Ridiculous

Floor people ignore you, when calls for help in different departments goes out no one shows up. I have spent many hours waiting for help, only to leave because of the lack of service. Standing around is painful for me due to leg issues. Not a good store to shop in if you need help.

Went to Pine Bluff store two times to buy a shade and get it cut to size. First time store employee called for customer assistance. Waited, no one came. Second time, couldn’t find anyone to help me. They have had poor customer service for years. Pitiful!

3.21.22 I called there to 870-850-7702 I called and remained on a ringer for over 32mins. No one answers the phone by the 3rd or 4th ring. The phone actually rings for about 10mins and then one of the ladies will pick up the phone and lay it down and you will hear their whole conversation about the work schedule and ready to go home and about driving in the rain and don't want to mess up her hair. This is highly unacceptable for any company to allow their associates to just sit there and screen their calls and not answer them. They have called ID & the young lady just picked up the phone and started talking to me before I could say anything cause she knew it was me calling. HIGHLY UNACCEPTABLE..... Mr Mark Ellison "CEO" needs to know how his stores are operating. Inventory is never correct in Pine Bluff,Arkansas so that means there's possibly a very high shrinkage. " associates are sliding items out or 5 fingering items ....Your online says you have the item. Others stores say your have more than what online says. But your associates say they have 0 items in stock. Over all it shouldn't have took at least 32mins for anyone to answer the phone. Thanks to the young lady who assisted me over the phone in checking to see if the item is actually in stock or not.

I just left for a second time trying to buy several thousand dollars in appliances with zero help. The employee literally said "I don't make nothing on these and I'm about to go on lunch so maybe someone else can help you". Unbelievable. I didn't realize me spending money was such an inconvenience for their employees. I completely blame management for this. Sadly I think they bank on being the only game in town.

11 people in line and only one checker. 5:15 pm. The shelves are in terrible disarray and the store is hot. Bad day at Lowe's.

I was in store on a Saturday trying to get a pallet of water delivered to our job site, the manager on duty helped me get the delivery set up for the next day. On Sunday I was at work taking care of my responsibilities and waiting on my delivery of water. At 1pm I began calling the store to check status of the delivery and was met with confusion and incompetence. No one could tell me where my delivery was and they didn't know how to find out where the delivery was. I called until 6pm Sunday evening and no one could tell me anything. So I called this morning (Monday) and was told that it doesn't matter what the manager had scheduled on the weekend he doesn't have the authority to do so. It has to be scheduled by the clerk in receiving and they don't work the weekend so I was told. I use Lowe's for many different job sites in many different states but this is by far the most incompetent Lowe's I've ever dealt with. If not for the head cashier(tiff) and the manager(tate) that I dealt with on Saturday I would give zero stars but they were very helpful and very courteous so they are the only reason I'm giving this store 2 stars!

My wife and I went Saturday, 6/13/2020, to look at their offerings for a new electric range. There were 2 employees in the area. One, a young man, was eating a snack while the other, a middle aged woman, was using the computer. When my wife asked for help and attempted to explain the purpose of our trip, the woman said she was trying to get clocked in. The man had his mouth full so he probably could't have answered if he had been paying attention. We then walked the area to see if we could find what we were looking for and, failing to do so, went back to wait on the employees to finish whatever they were doing that prevented them from waiting on customers. After a few minutes, the woman asked my wife if we had been waited on. My wife replied that we were waiting on her. She then directed the man, who was still eating, to help us. He politely stopped eating and asked what he could do for us. My wife then told him specifically the 2 models of ranges we were looking for and asked if he had either on hand where we could actually see them. He then pointed us towards a completely different brand and said "there's a double oven." My wife then explained that she knew what a double oven was and asked if he had either range we were interested in AGAIN (third time is SUPPOSED to be a charm, but not in this store). The folks here are lazy and dense, just like in most other Pine Bluff businesses. Take your dollars somewhere else.

This store is very difficult to deal with. We have lost hours there trying to buy blinds. They have no customer service at all. I would recommend any other store over them even if it requires driving further. It will save you time in the long run!!!!

Can I give this store a NO star review? This is the worst Lowes I have ever been to. I dont have time to list all the things wrong with this store. Save yourself a whole lot of headaches and go to Little Rock or Hot Springs.

Went in to buy a grill. We were there for over 10 minutes with THREE workers cutting up laughing and not one time did they even acknowledge we were there. Had to approach them ask for help and asked if it was possible to buy the floor one since hey we're on clearance. The boy mumbled something and never offered to ask a manager. We asked twice. He said he didnt think they could. We left. Horrible store. Just drive to another town.

This is worse Lowe's I've been to. Stay away. Find another Hardware store. No shopping cart ever. People going in and back out to get carts out of the parking lot. Outside racks full and watch employee come out and get 3 carts out of full rack and go back inside. Worthless.

For a small town in the south, this has got to be the worse, most unfriendly Lowe's I've been in. While most of the employees I've dealt with have no interest in helping me as a customer, the "Customer Service" desk is the absolute worst. They will ignore me and make it very clear that they view me as an inconvenience when I approach the desk. While this is a small town, with limited options to take business elsewhere, this place needs new management that will make all customers the focus of all employees.

Door installation that started last fall.,not completed until Feb 2018. This was an absolute nightmare! I ordered an entry door,and security door for my dad's house. I arrived in town to check the install, and I couldn't believe what I saw.. The job looked like some handyman installed the doors. Such a sloppy job. Chaulking everywhere, gaps , and poor alignment from incorrect measurement that Lowe's measured. Please ,Please beware of the installer (Antoine) he may have subcontracted the job to someone else,because even the install department couldn't believe the job that was performed.To make a Long story short, Lowes replaced my entrance door and security door. . Ask for Justin if you are getting a door installed by this Lowes. Excellent work. He had to redo Everything!!! New doors installed. We are satisfied. Lowes refunded the install charges. The ladies in the install department were very understanding ,and helpful.
