First of all I didn't know they did oil changed but I called and she said yes ma'am we change oil in cars all in all it was a great experience walked in they took my car right on back and in no time they told me my car was ready I will go back she was really a nice person like I said they'll have my business from now to have an oil change.

I took my car in for an oil change at Meineke in Pine Bluff, Arkansas. I was greeted warmly and immediately assisted. From the time I walked in until the time I left with oil change completed took maybe 15 minutes. They were also thoughtful enough to use paper mats to prevent transfer of dirt into my car. I was very impressed with their service and would recommend them to anyone.

I went into Mieneke to get front end alignment they claimed I needed inner an outer tie rods an lower ball joint an assembly $1168 dollars after paying this to be fixed they said I still had something making a noise. I discovered it was cv axle which van was not making any noise prior to their work. Five days later I discovered they had left three bolts loose on tension control bar on van this could have caused me a serious accident. Only reason for two stars is they where courteous. Overall not happy with what ASE certified mechanics did to my van so to me they left job incomplete!!
