The staff were friendly, just too few & too busy. I needed help at the back of the store but they were mostly near the front, so a customer helped me retrieve some items. They were out of stock of some sales items also. The store was very cluttered & hard to get through. When checking out, a staff member decided to buy some candy so I had to wait for her to go through the checkout in front of me.

VERY RUDE MANAGEMENT. I DONT KNOW WHO THE LADY IS THAT ANSWERED THE PHONE AS THE MANAGER AT 9:38AM OCT 10, 2025 AT THE PINE BLUFF LOCATION REGARDING STOLEN CARD INFO BUT SHE HAS ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS AND DOES NOT BELONG IN MANAGEMENT.

Store is always a mess things in floor and prices are not cut down like advertised I can get those items at better price in other retail stores. Plus have a creepy bobblehead greet you is not fun either it scared my kids.

This is in regards to the negative experience my mother had with Kimberly Thompson . My mother purchase a bike which was still in the box and after the purchase, she went to get the car for the associate to bring the bike outside. Miss Kim was upset that my mother was asking how long would it be….Maybe she was having a bad day and she rolled it outside on a U-boat picked it up off the U-boat while my mother's trunk was open and threw it on the ground and told her there you go… that they don't have to help you put it in the car. We could of made other arrangements to have it moved it things the service would receive. This is not the first time that there has been a negative issue with this associate and definitely not how you should treat an elder of the community spending money in your establishment

It’s ok but most of the prices aren’t that different from a regular store but every once in a while u may come across something that may get a wow outta u lol enjoy urself everyone
