“ok so i just left and im still smiling lol. honestly i was just stopping by to pick up a script but ended up chatting with the pharmacist for like ten minutes about her garden. she remembered me from the last time i came in and even asked about my mom which was so nice. the wait was barely anything too maybe like two minutes and they had my prescription ready before i even got to the counter. i also grabbed a bag of pretzels on the way out and they were actually fresh not stale like some places. the whole place just feels friendly and personal not cold and corporate like the big chains. yeah i’ll definitely come back next time i need anything.”
“We got our flu and COVID shots here. Quick, easy, and painless! They also offer RSV, Shingles, and pneumonia vaccines. Went back for Shingrix today! Great people, great service.
Update: dropped in today to fill a prescription my doctor had just given me. Despite being busy I was in and out in less than 10 minutes.”

What I thought was the kindness and consideration of one person was clearly just the way they operate and a product of great leadership. Its hard to hold it together knowing that your son is at home and can't breathe and I'm so grateful to God for you all for doing more than you your obligations. I just want to say thank you to this Walgreens pharmacy for staying later and making sure my son had his inhaler.”
“Possibly my favorite pharmacy in Arkansas. The pharmacist Brandon (not sure what his last name is) and his team of pharmacy technicians consistently give my refills quickly and proactively will call my physicians requesting needed refills. Brandon explains medication directions effectively and makes you feel known in developing a sense of community within this pharmacy. I highly recommend going to this specific pharmacy and this team.”

“I absolutely love the staff at the Pine Bluff Walmart Pharmacy. They're very helpful and go above and beyond. There's one pharmacy tech in particular that stands out (Robin). Robin will call the doctor's office if they don't have a medicine in stock asking for alternatives or dosage adjustments. She could just leave the situation as Walmart not having the medication in stock but she doesn't stop there. Robin will tell you what the hold up is on a prescription (perhaps a prior authorization from insurance). But she lets you know what's up. I really appreciate her going the extra mile. The other pharmacy techs are good too but I've had the most dealings with Robin. The 3 pharmacists that I have dealt with are amazing as well. They're very informative and always ask if you have any questions and if you understand what you're about to take. The pharmacy is OVERLY REASSURING to the waiting customers (if around lunchtime) that they will of course be taken care of before they close for lunch. People often panic if its close to lunch time fearing that they won't be taken care of, but the Pine Bluff Walmart Pharmacy puts your mind at ease letting you know that you'll be okay.”
