My pregnant wife went in & told the man that her hands are swollen & can he be gentle & he ignored her & was basically rough on her hands throughout the whole time but she loved her nails .

I received a pedicure on Saturday and got French tip. Nail Polish came off 6 of my toes on Sunday (1st time this has ever happened) Came back on Tuesday an the woman had a total attitude about fixing them. I think they are mixing craft paint with their polish, or very cheap products. I would not recommend this nail shop to anyone. This lady was not business like, she was mad, rolled her eyes and had attitude the whole time. I am a paying customer and I expect quality when i get my nails done just as well as they want to be paid for their service. I will never come here again. I will spend my money where the service is good.

The older son scraped and ripped off my nails, and as a result, hurt me...drew blood under my nail bed. Then he blamed it on me! He said I had hurt myself. Very rude and haughty. No concern for the customer or my safety. I will never go back there. Very Poor.

The lady rushed doing my new set and pedicure. My nails are shaped like elephant nails. The nails are lumpy and looks like a 3yo polished them. My pedicure polish was horrible too. She didn't polish the entire nail on most if my toes. Never again.

Called ahead.. when my family and I got to the door they locked it and would not let us in. Open sign still on very disappointed..
