Ordered pizza online yesterday afternoon. It said my order, 1 large 2 topping pizza, would be ready in 15 to 25 minutes. In about 20 minutes we left, made 1 stop then went to the drive thru to get our order. I was told by a very rudevlady that the online estimates are wrong and it would take s lot longer. There were 2 cars behind me so she had me drive around again. I did. Two cars now ahead of me. I had to do this 4 times, each time with 2 cars ahead. Each time at the window, a different employee asked for the name on the order and said drive around. The final time, of course, different person, told me 4 minutes and just to wait there. While waiting, she and another employee began to argue. It turned into a screaming match. 10 minutes after that, I finally got my pizza. Tasted good, was hot. But the service is lousy. Clearly the procedures at this location need addressed. Much more customer service training is needed.
I am very disappointed and would not recommend this location.
