If you go to Storage Rentals of America, please do yourself a favor and ask for her. She is the definition of patient, helpful, and just flat-out good energy. I came in a little overwhelmed and she made everything simple, clear, and stress-free. Walked me through everything so I feel better bout my decision. Thank you for all you do! I’ll definitely recommend!

It is disappointing to leave a negative review, as my experience began smoothly when I first rented my storage unit. However, when I arrived to move my belongings in, the gate was malfunctioning and would not open. I immediately called the provided number, and was told a maintenance person would be sent out. After waiting 30 minutes without an update, I called back and was informed that it actually takes 24–48 hours to receive a return call.
This left me stranded outside the gate with a full U-Haul of furniture, which was extremely frustrating and inconvenient. Clear communication and timely support are critical in situations like this, and unfortunately, that was not provided.
Update: im going to go ahead and add on to this because this company is inconsiderate. I asked for a refund September 15. It is now October 7. I’ve called six times. Non exaggerated. About not receiving my refund and each time an employee tells me nobody has put in the request for it. Yall already made me was more money on a new storage place and another uhaul to move my stuff again. Which cost me and extra $150. And here yall are not wanting to give me the simple refund I asked for. Im not made of money and it really is disrespectful at this point.
Update: November 7th. No refund even though multiple people told me I would have it by now

This was by far one of the best experiences I have had renting a storage unit me n my daughter could have not been more pleased with the way Miss Ashley helped us. She gave us different options that would fit our needs and she really took her time and helping us get what we needed.

My storage unit was burglarized twice in 30 days, less than a year ago. Hopefully they’ve improved their “security” since then but just be cautious.

my experience with Red Dot Storage Auctions top notch! Jamie the young lady that assisted me was very professional and very nice. She went out of her way to help me and I appreciate her professionalism! I love being able to take care of it all online instead of searching for an office to pay for the unit. I look forward to working with Jamie and Red Dot again!!
