My service experience was horrible. The gentleman doesn't know what's going on with your phone he guesses and steady increase prices of things. He really need some customer service etiquette classes. He wad very rude and told me the customer to hush. Don't know if that's his culture but it definitely isn't mine. If I could give no stars I would because he doesn't deserve to talk to people like that.

I dropped and cracked my phone and i couldn’t slide up to unlock my screen. He put a brand new screen in within 15 minutes and also cleaned my dirty phone case lol. 10/10 recommend
