“The first year I stored my things there it was great and I was on auto pay and had No problems. But, this second time it's like they refuse to put me back on auto pay and they keep charging me an extra $30 a month ? I don't want to pay life is already hard. But, I paid it the first time thinking ? it was my fault and I asked for auto pay again in December. Here it is January with another $30 late fee;, same ole BS. And, I'm still not on auto pay. I refuse to keep paying $30 a month late fees when I have the money in my account to pay my bills. Can't wait until I get all of my belongings out of this storage unit. But, He fixed my problem with auto pay and I'm truly grateful for that and I don't have to pay that late fee thanks ?”
“The washeteria area of the facility was clean and well maintained, and most of the machines appeared to be newer models. The storage facilities themselves are spread over several blocks and almost all are inside fenced areas, with keypad entry into the fenced areas. There is also climate controlled storage areas on the premises.”

There we met Willie, who was very pleasant and helpful. She pulled up our account and was able to inform us about what potentially happened with our unit. “Great customer service the staff (Natasha) was very helpful with my questions and concerns my only complaint is that the office has a lingering dog smell as soon as you walk in, its off putting because the facility is very clean and organized. It really stinks!”
