However, I spoke with Lisa and she credited my account for the month in which the insurance premium was charged (upon my providing a copy of my homeowners insurance). Lisa was very friendly and helpful, and I feel confident that she would be able to resolve most issues quickly.”

“The first year I stored my things there it was great and I was on auto pay and had No problems. But, this second time it's like they refuse to put me back on auto pay and they keep charging me an extra $30 a month ? I don't want to pay life is already hard. But, I paid it the first time thinking ? it was my fault and I asked for auto pay again in December. Here it is January with another $30 late fee;, same ole BS. And, I'm still not on auto pay. I refuse to keep paying $30 a month late fees when I have the money in my account to pay my bills. Can't wait until I get all of my belongings out of this storage unit. But, He fixed my problem with auto pay and I'm truly grateful for that and I don't have to pay that late fee thanks ?”
